What is an Intention Bracelet?

An Intention Bracelet is a personalized bracelet that one wears to help realize goals. It acts as a gentle reminder and as a symbol of commitment to self-growth.

During the workshop, Jessica of My Enlightened Path will guide guests in the selection of different crystal beads and the creation and use of their Intention Bracelets in meditation or in everyday wear.

This workshop is an opportunity to learn about the history of Crystal Healing, the benefits of a variety of crystals, and to make your own personal Intention Bracelet, or to make one as a gift.
