Spring Flea Market: Sunday, May 19th

On Sunday, May 19th our Parking Lot will be full of treasures from our curators and local guest vendors. The Flea Market will feature home decor, furniture, clothing, toys, games, books, vintage and antiques, and more!


2024 Flea Market FAQs

  • How long is the market?

    Our Spring Flea Market is open special hours from 10-4pm on Sunday, May 19th. Guest vendors are welcome to begin setting up at 8am the morning of the market.

    The Shoppe itself is also open from 10-4pm on market days. Even though the Shoppe does not open until 10am, vendors are welcome to sell to any customers who may come along before then. However, please note that the parking lot will be closed to all vehicles during open hours.

  • How big is the Alley Kat Flea Market?

    In 2023, we were visited by an average of 220 patrons at each Artisan Pop-Up market. With our increase in vendors and special hours our goal is to push that average closer to 280 or more this season!

    Utilizing our full parking lot, the Flea Market can accommodate up to 35 unique vendors.

  • Who can apply?

    Curators, Collectors, Pickers, Junkers, Hobbyists, Crafters, Artists, and those with Flea Market Style are all welcome to apply.

    Vendors are selected on a juried basis per event, and the Alley Kat Team always does their best to make sure each market is unique and well-rounded with different vendors!

    Applications for network marketing or direct sales vendors will not be accepted.

  • What can I sell?

    • Vintage and Antiques

    • Home Decor and Furniture

    • Clothing and Accessories

    • Toys and Collectibles

    • Store Returns and Overstock

    • Crafts and Hobbies

    • Garage Sale Items

    • Upcycled and Repurposed

    Network marketing and direct sales items are not allowed.

    You are welcome to sell items as long as they are appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Items that contain swear words, nudity, or gore will not be permitted. If you have these items in your collections, we kindly ask that you leave them at home.

  • How much does it cost?

    We have three options available this year for guest vendors:

    10x10 Tent Space = $50

    15x15 Market Space = $80

    30 x15 Double Market Space = $150

  • When will I know if I'm accepted?

    While we do our best to respond to applications as quickly as possible, please expect 7 to 10 business days to receive a response to your application.

  • How do I pay for my space?

    If you receive an acceptance email, you’ll also receive an electronic invoice that can be paid online. You will have 3 days to pay this invoice.

    Spaces will not be reserved without payment, so please pay your invoice promptly to secure your spot!

  • Will electric hook-ups be available?

    No, electricity is not available, and generators cannot be used.

  • Are tents required?

    No, tents are not required, however, this is a rain or shine event, so tents are highly encouraged.

    If you bring a tent, please keep in mind that the Flea Market is held in the parking lot and you will not be able to stake your tent into the ground, so leg weights are required - no exceptions!

  • If I have to cancel, can I get a refund?

    No, payments made for Flea Market spaces are non-refundable.

  • Can I change my date?

    Once a guest vendor is approved and pays for their space, date changes will not be permitted. While we understand that situations arise, we unfortunately cannot accommodate date changes.

  • What if it rains?

    Flea Markets are rain or shine events, so please plan accordingly. Rain dates are disappointing, we know, but date changes or refunds cannot be given on account of inclement weather.
